Clifton Webb is a college professor whose life becomes a mess when his best-kept secret is accidentally revealed by a TV program. He was a famous star during the silent film years, known as “Dreamboat”. At the end of the film, he decides to return to the movie industry and we watch him to attend the premiere of his new film, Sitting Pretty. That was an actual film, which starred Clifton Webb and it had been released four years before Dreamboat.
