Amazing combination of self-reference and homage to a director. Vidhu Vinod Chopra subtly used Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho in his film Khamosh (third and fourth image) as the film that plays on TV when a woman is going to the shower where it looks like that someone follows her. Chopra featured this exact scene in the next film that he directed four years later, Parinda. Two persons are sneaking into a house where the TV is open, showing Kharmosh, in which Psycho is shown!
